Brett Gilliland is Founder and CEO of Elite Entrepreneurs, a company that specializes in giving $1M+ business owners the knowledge, processes and tools to grow to $10M and beyond. Brett is an expert in organization development, leadership and strategy and spent 10 years helping Infusionsoft grow from $7M in revenue to over $100M.

Brett was involved in the foundational work of Purpose, Values and Mission at Infusionsoft and facilitated the strategic planning process for many years. One of Brett’s favorite professional accomplishments is co-creating Infusionsoft’s Elite Forum along with Clate Mask and building the Elite business inside of Infusionsoft.

As the leader of the Elite business, Brett has helped hundreds of struggling seven-figure business owners overcome their biggest challenges and achieve new levels of success. He also played a central role in the development of Infusionsoft’s Leadership Model and was serving as the VP of Leadership Development when the decision was made to spin the Elite business out of Infusionsoft. As the new owner of Elite Entrepreneurs, Brett can’t think of anything else he’d rather be doing professionally.

When Brett isn’t busy helping $1M+ businesses succeed, he is a family man who enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Sharon, and their 8 children.

David Gilliland is a business leader who understands the power of people and teams to deliver exceptional business results in both small and large organizations. He helps executive teams align their efforts to deliver exceptional results through leadership, vision, strategy, clear metrics, and effective meetings. He has the ability to address the elephant in the room and get it out of the way of the team's success and applies his trade in individual companies consulting with the executive team and coaching the CEO. He also trains through large group executive training and key note addresses. In 2020, he joined forces with Elite Entrepreneurs to build a solution specifically focused on helping businesses and practices to grow to well over $10 million in revenue with the teams necessary to sustain the growth.

Over the past 17 years David has consulted with over 250 small businesses across the US as well as 40 of the Global 500 including Accenture, Duetche Bank, Siemens, Intel, IBM, Rio Tinto, Walmart, and UnitedHealth Group. His most important work has been at home with his wife and 8 daughters where he has learned more about leadership, team dynamics, change management, and personal development than he learned in his 20 years in the work place and post graduate work in Organization Behavior/Leadership and Strategy combined. There are principles that apply in all areas of life that help individuals and teams achieve great results while becoming the spouse, parent, neighbor, practice, and business leader they always wanted to become. A native of Arizona and current resident of Utah, David currently serves small business owners and their executive teams through his work with Elite Entrepreneurs to help them break through the natural plateaus that exist every time you triple your revenues.

Cassie Eager

Master of Events

Cassie is a master at intentionally planning events that wow her customers. She joined Elite Entrepreneurs in 2019 and is passionate about small business success. She enjoys creating experiences that design an inviting learning environment that help make each attendee feel special.

You can usually find her with a to-do list in hand and a plan in place to make things happen. Prior to joining the Elite Entrepreneurs team, Cassie owned her own small business and relates to entrepreneurs' struggles and successes.

Cassie went to Northern Arizona University where she studied Interior Design and gained a love of art. She has spent several years fostering her love of art by teaching art classes to children as she shares the fundamentals in art appreciation and expression.

When Cassie is not planning and executing events and logistics, she is spending quality time with her three kids and that usually involves arts and craft projects or a swimming pool.

MIRANDA DAIGNEAULT

Elite Business Coach

Miranda loves challenging entrepreneurs to raise their sights and dream bigger. She leverages her passion for coaching and leadership to help our customers grow their businesses. For much of her career she was the ‘right hand’ to business owners just like our Elite Entrepreneur customers. She knows all too well what things hold them back and how amazing it can be when they step into being the leaders their businesses need.

Before Elite Entrepreneurs, she worked alongside entrepreneurs ranging from Naturopathic Doctors to Interior Designers. She then started her own business as a High Performance Coach and still devotes her free time to helping working moms find freedom and balance in their busy lives.

Miranda’s super power is building relationships. Everyday she commits to being fully present for everyone she comes across and it shows up in her work here at Elite Entrepreneurs. Seeing the exponential benefits of her work reach not only our customers but their teams and beyond is what lights her fire.

Whether she’s working or not, Miranda is constantly listening to music and often singing along. When she isn’t coaching, you can find her riding bikes with her husband and two kids or with her nose in a book.

KALLIE SIMONS

Executive Assistant

Kallie recently joined Elite back in May of 2022 and is Brett Gilliland's new assistant. She has a strong desire to help handle the smaller details of the day-to-day business operations. She has assisted other business owners and collegiate Head Coaches and has grown an interest in helping to accomplish what it takes for those individuals to run a successful company/program. Being behind the scenes is her jam and helping take tasks off of those who feel buried underneath them is something she thoroughly enjoys.

Before joining Elite Entrepreneurs, she worked at a Chiropractic Clinic that had just opened where she was a part of a small team. This is where she learned the ins and outs of growing a brand-new business and the passion, faith and determination it takes to build a company from scratch. She loves watching business owners and entrepreneurs alike grow their businesses and find their purpose in the work that they do.

Kallie is from Minnesota and graduated from a small school called Winona State University back in 2018 where she earned a degree in Business Administration. When she isn't busy assisting, she loves spending time with her family and friends, usually playing some sort of game. You will also never find her passing up an opportunity to pet a furry friend. She has an extreme love for Football and her Minnesota Vikings. SKOL!

Stephanie Hitchins

Elite Business Coach

She has a gift for connecting with customers and helping them take needed steps to improve themselves and their business. Stephanie has coached 100s of small business owners on growing their business. She has a passion for helping small businesses succeed. Her passion stems from her large family upbringing with a lineage of entrepreneurs that own and operate multiple, diverse, successful small businesses. She grew up experiencing first hand the grit, courage and tenacity it takes to grow a small business.

Before Stephanie was working on coaching small businesses, she was an adjunct professor at BYU Idaho where she engaged and coached students to identify their desired future careers. Stephanie earned her degree from BYU in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History. She always felt that it gave her the skill set to learn how to think outside of the box and ask the questions most don’t consider. She has applied this to every role she has ever taken and made her once-worried father proud!

When she isn’t helping others grow their businesses, she is spending time with her husband, John, her pup Rufus Von Dufusstein and growing her own small business, Shop Blondee.

Clate has been educating and inspiring entrepreneurs for over a decade, and is recognized by the small business community as a visionary leader. His passion for small business success stems from his personal experience taking Infusionsoft from a struggling startup to an eight-time Inc. 500/5000 winner. As CEO, Clate is leading Infusionsoft on its mission to simplify growth for millions of small businesses worldwide.

Under Clate's leadership, Infusionsoft has landed four rounds of venture capital including a $55 million Series D led by Bain Capital Ventures with contributions from prior investors, Signal Peak Ventures and Goldman Sachs. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, a Top 100 Small Business Influencer by Small Business Trends, one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2013 by Goldman Sachs, and Business Leader of the Year by the Arizona Technology Council.

Clate is a national speaker on entrepreneurship and small business success, and co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conquer the Chaos: How to Grow a Successful Small Business Without Going Crazy. Clate has a BA in Economics from Arizona State University, as well as an MBA and a JD from Brigham Young University.

Clate created the Elite business with Brett inside of Infusionsoft in 2011. Clate continues to be a key advisor for Elite Entrepreneurs, participates actively in the Elite Mastermind and frequently speaks at Elite Momentum events.

Dan Ralphs

Dan is one of our favorite Elite Forum Instructors! He has a gift for teaching and knows our Elite Forum material really, really well, having spent 6 years at Infusionsoft living what we teach. Dan also played a key role in developing leaders at Infusionsoft.

Dan is one of the world's foremost experts on unlocking the power of dreaming.

He has an amazing ability to help people discover their own dreams and learn how to go after them. His realistic approach to dreaming recognizes that dreaming is not a ‘magic pill’ but rather a new way of thinking about our ability to create. Dan is the Founder of Dream School (thedreamblog.com) a company devoted to helping companies and individuals leverage the power of dreaming.

Before that he was the Dream Manager of Infusionsoft, where he helped its employees to identify, articulate and accomplish their dreams. He also is the creator of the Dream Leader Certification course, in which, he has supported over 100 leaders from all over the world to become Dream Managers to those they lead. Together they have helped their people accomplish dreams like buying a first home, riding elephants in Thailand and starting a foundation to help mothers facing infant loss. Between Dan and the dream managers he has certified there are thousands who have been awakened to their dreams and their ability to achieve them.
