Kallie is passionate about managing the day-to-day details that keep businesses running smoothly. With experience supporting business owners and collegiate head coaches, she thrives behind the scenes, helping to offload tasks and empower others to focus on what matters most.

Before joining Elite Entrepreneurs, Kallie was part of a small team at a newly launched chiropractic clinic, where she gained firsthand experience in building a business from the ground up. This role taught her the dedication, resilience, and strategic thinking required to grow a company. She finds fulfillment in watching entrepreneurs and business leaders thrive as they discover purpose in their work.

A Minnesota native, Kallie earned her degree in Business Administration from Winona State University in 2018. When she’s not busy supporting teams and leaders, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with family and friends—often around a game table— or enthusiastically greeting every furry friend she meets.
