Step 1: Create Clarity

Your first step is to join Elite Ignition. In just 4 weeks, work with your team in a live online workshop and individual coaching and get clarity, focus and a proven plan to start scaling your business beyond the chaos

Communication and Unity

End the disagreements on what matters most and create the necessary unity for your entire team to face the challenges ahead of you. You will also dive deep into the core of what differentiates who does and does not fit on your team.

These two elements will be critical to grow at scale.

Week 2 Title

Overcome the clock-in/clock-out mentality in your team members. Create drive in your team and focus all their efforts on achieving something great and meaningful together.

You will define and create the scoreboard that matters to the entire team. 

Week 3 Title

Stop solving all the strategic issues yourself and learn how to invite your team into strategic planning and decision making. Help them to think and act like business owners with you

Week 4 Content

Hopes and dreams are nice but you didn’t start a business to talk about doing something great, you like to get things done. In this session we bring all the work we did in the first 3 weeks and lay out clear plans for execution and build clarity and accountability. Everyone knows who has to do what by when to drive the business forward and they are excited to do it.
