As the undisputed Master of Events at Elite Entrepreneurs since 2019, she’s the behind-the-scenes wizard making sure every gathering goes off without a hitch and feels like exactly where you’re meant to be.

Her secret recipe? A double dose of thoughtful planning and a heaping scoop of heart. Cassie has a sixth sense for what it feels like to be the “new person in the room” and works her behind-the-scenes magic to make sure no one ever feels awkward or left out—unless it’s part of a group icebreaker, in which case, game on. She’s fueled by checklists, creativity, and an undying passion for the right snacks at the right time.

With a background in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, she brings an aesthetic sensibility to every tablecloth, welcome sign, and breakout room. But Cassie’s talents stretch far beyond event logistics. She’s also a powerhouse of team support, a morale booster, and the calm in any chaotic moment.

When she’s not transforming spaces and solving problems before they even exist, Cassie is likely hanging out with her three fantastic kids—possibly winning family game night, definitely curating snacks, and always leaning into the moment. Her life, much like the events she orchestrates, is full of color, connection, and a sprinkle of surprise.
